Mikvah Yisroel
For several years after Gimmel Tammuz, the closest Mikvah to the Rebbe’s Ohel was a considerable distance away.
After the founding and renovation of the Shluchim House, several people were approached and shortly thereafter, Mikvah Yisroel was built on the same property. From that day forward, every visitor has access to a beautiful, clean and elegant Mikvah located just a minute’s walk from the Ohel.
Mikvah Yisroel is open and accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; whenever you want to come to the Ohel, you can rest assured that you will be able to toivel. The Mikvah provides fresh towels, soap and shampoo to all visitors, and has a halachah-approved filter running 24 hours a day for a fresh clean experience. There is a small cover charge for use.
Mikvah Yisroel has had numerous sponsors in its construction and renovation over the years of its operation, all of whom are recognized in the foyer.
